responsible for supporting the kitchen team in a busy Italian inspired
Pizzeria Restaurant. Ability to take charge of all aspects of
operations including menu planning, assisting in preparation and
presentation of dishes to a high standard, organisation of kitchen to
ensure adherence to set standards, procedures, department rules,
sanitation requirements & other ad hoc duties as directed by Head
Chef. Responsibilities: Preparing, cooking and presenting a variety of
Neapolitan/Italian dishes. Strong attention to detail regarding safe
food handling and food hygiene. HACCP implementation. Ability to work
well and as a team player in a busy kitchen environment. Requirements:
* years' experience. HACCP trained. Good work
ethic and must be able to multitask. Experience with
Neapolitan/Italian dish preparation highly desirable.
Certifications/Qualifications desirable
